Mission Statement 

The IB Charter Wellness Team is dedicated to providing comprehensive resources to students and families, trauma-informed support, and family engagement opportunities to ensure every student feels valued, supported, and equipped to thrive. Through collaboration with families and community partners, we aim to be a beacon of holistic well-being, empowering students with the skills and confidence to succeed in all areas of their lives.

Our vision is to create a compassionate and resilient school community where every student experiences equity, belonging, and the support necessary to reach their full potential.

 

Wellness Center Expectations for Students

  • All Students who visit the Wellness Center must sign in, or an adult must sign them in.
  • No Walk-Ins! Exceptions: Safe Pass, Crisis/911, Structured Breaks
  • Students who come to the Wellness Center without prior communication from a staff member will be returned to class with a Wellness Center Pass.
    • Wellness Center Passes will be used with all students as their ticket back to class with a time and date stamp.
    • Wellness Center Staff will communicate with teachers when their students miss class due to the exceptions above.
